Jeffrey Shih is a member of the firm's consumer–protection litigation and criminal practice. Prior to joining the firm, his practice focused on Criminal law working for both the public defender's office as well as for the private sector. At both of these positions, Jeff has handled well over 100 criminal cases including Misdemeanors, Felonies, White Collar Crime, and Federal Criminal law. He has acted as lead attorney on several criminal jury trials and has handled criminal cases in many different Southern Californian Courts including Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, and Los Angeles Counties.

Jeff is admitted to practice before all California state and Federal Courts. Jeff is a member of the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association, Consumer Attorneys of California, American Association of Justice, and the Orange County Bar Association.

Jeff graduated from UCSB with a bachelor of arts in English. He earned his law degree from USF School of Law.

Jeff was born and raised here in Orange County California. He spends his free time running, hiking, and spending time with his beagle Peanut.
