H-1B1 Professional Worker from Singapore or Chile
What is the H-1B1 visa?
It is a visa category exclusively reserved for nationals from the countries of Singapore and Chile who want to work in a temporary capacity in the United States in a "specialty occupation."
U.S. firms can bring over qualified Singaporean and Chilean workers for jobs that require special skills or a bachelor's degree. (Management consultants can also qualify for the H-1B1 visa category.)
Chileans who are physical therapists, agricultural managers or disaster relief claims adjusters may qualify for the H-1B1 visa status.
Singaporeans who are disaster relief claims adjusters may also qualify, even if they do not have a baccalaureate degree.
